These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website lunascentoils.com and all products offered by GAIA HERBS, INC. (EIN 04-3165780), operating under the brand name GAIA HERBS INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreeing to this

Browsing the site, buying from it, or asking for our text or email messages all count as accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy. If any part of them does not suit you, the remedy is simply not to use the site, and nothing is owed either way.

2. Who may buy

This website is for adults. You must be 18 or over to order, and 18 or over to consent to messages from us. Using the site is your representation that you are, and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Products and Health Disclaimer

Monograph Range and all products sold on this website are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.

4. Text messages under the TCPA

Consent given through the opt-in box on this site permits GAIA HERBS INC to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number you entered, as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requires it to be given. It carries the following terms.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies; there is no fixed schedule.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to end the programme.
  • Reply HELP to any message to get help.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. The guarantee

75 days from delivery to change your mind, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge and no explanation required. Contact care@lunascentoils.com to open it. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the goods getting back to us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of GAIA HERBS, INC. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GAIA HERBS, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of North Carolina.

9. Revisions

This page is revised from time to time. The current version is always the one shown here, dated at the top, and using the site after a revision is published means accepting it.

11. Species, lots and withdrawals

  • Each preparation names its species and the part used. Neither is substituted: a line runs out rather than being filled with a related species or a different part of the same plant.
  • Identity is verified against a retained reference specimen held at Brevard. Where verification is inconclusive, the material is rejected rather than blended.
  • Every unit carries a lot number tied to its harvest, extraction and release tests, all of which GAIA HERBS, INC. supplies on request at no charge.
  • Marker figures printed on a label are those measured at release, for that lot, and describe it at that point rather than at any later date.
  • If a lot is withdrawn, we contact the people who received it from the lot record, refund in full, and do not require the goods back first.
  • None of this displaces the protections your state's law affords you. On any conflict, the more generous of the two governs.
